But why only this vehicle manufactured by Ford stopped?

Let's say fuel was indeed adulterated. As I said it is not uncommon in India it is rather rare in bunks in the heart of a city. But still, why only Ford vehicle failed? How come other vehicles did not get affected? How come this vehicle is so sensitive? Was it not built for Indian roads? Was it not built for Indian conditions? If it was not, why was I not told that this was built for western conditions as this company is US company? I wouldn't think that would happen but in trying to save costs by having one assembly line and sell the vehicle all over the world, there could be some compromise in quality which probably will be felt by developing countries as regulations are not so strict here.
